Article 10 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001

For article 22(1)(a) there shall be substituted:

“(a)

Subject to sub-paragraph (d), the Governor shall grant licences, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, of any of the classes specified in Part A of Schedule 8 to this Order authorising the holder to act as a member of the flight crew of an aircraft registered in the Territory upon his being satisfied that the applicant complies with his requirements.”
