Article 12 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001

After article 41(1)(c) there shall be inserted:

“(d)

An operator shall not permit a helicopter rotor to be turned under power for the purpose of making a flight unless there is a person at the controls qualified to act as pilot-in-command of the helicopter in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of this Order.”
