Article 17 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001

In article 65(2) for “drink or drug to such an extent as to impair his capacity so to act” there shall be substituted “alcohol, any drug or any psychoactive substance, including prescribed or proprietary medication, so as to render that person unable safely and properly so to act or so as to create a risk to that person or any other person”.
