Article 23 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001

In Schedule 4, paragraph 4 (Table), sub-paragraphs (11)(a) and (11)(b), in the column headed “Circumstances of flight” for “the purpose of public transport” there shall be substituted “purposes other than public transport”.
