Article 4 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001

For article 9(4) there shall be substituted:

“(4)

The flight manual or equivalent document shall specify the operational limitations within which the aircraft shall be operated for the purposes of the requirements referred to in article 36(1) of this Order.”
