# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 5: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001


In article 12(1) after the words “is in force” there shall be inserted “or would be in force if it had not ceased to be in force by virtue of sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of article 9(7)”.
