  "text": "In article 16(2)(b) for “the particulars specified at sub-paragraph (xvii) of Part A of Schedule 10 to this Order” there shall be substituted “such particulars of any permission granted to the operator under this article as may be necessary to enable the commander of the aircraft to determine whether he can comply with article 43(b)(ii) of this Order”.",
