# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 15: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007


In article 156(1) in the definition of “Governor” after the words “those functions” there shall be added “and if no person has been designated to carry out that function, ASSI”.
