# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 16: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007


In article 156(1) in the definition of “State of the operator”:
(a) after the word “means” there shall be inserted “for the purposes of articles 7(1), 16(1), 21(3) and 49(1)”;
(b) in paragraph (c) for “8(1)” there shall be substituted “7(1)”; and
(c) in paragraph (d) the words “or the existence and scope of the agreement have been directly communicated to the Governor” shall be deleted.
