# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 17: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007


In Schedule 9 in Regulation 2(1) there shall be deleted all of the words after “commercial air transport of passengers”.
