# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 3: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007


In article 19 after the words “or other premises” there shall be inserted, “including premises used for any of the purposes of the maintenance, overhaul, repair or modification of an aircraft or of any of the material, parts or equipment installed or to be installed in an aircraft”.
