  "text": "For article 74 there shall be substituted:\n“Commercial air transport operations at night or in Instrument Meteorological Conditions by single engine aeroplanes\n74. An aeroplane that is powered by one engine only shall not fly for the purpose of commercial air transport at night or in instrument meteorological conditions unless it is flying on a special VFR flight in a control zone.”",
