# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 7: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007


In article 104(1) for “flights for the purpose of the commercial air transport of passengers or for the purpose of instruction in flying or of any classes of such aircraft” there shall be substituted “flights in any of the categories referred to in paragraph (2) of article 103”.
