Article 9 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007

After article 107(3) there shall be inserted:

“(4)

For the purposes of this article an aerodrome in respect of which a licence for public use has been granted shall mean an aerodrome to which the Governor or the Government of the Territory has issued a licence under regulations or bylaws made in the Territory for the use of the aerodrome for the purposes of commercial air transport or flying training.”
