Article 11 Extra-territorial effect of the Order

For article 188(1)(d) substitute—

“(d)

insofar as they prohibit, require or regulate the doing of anything in relation to any aircraft registered in the Territory by other persons, where such persons are United Kingdom nationals, apply to them wherever they may be”.
