# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2021, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 2013/2870 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60, 61(1) and (2), 77 and 101 of, and Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982(.
