# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 4: Part 1 Powers and duties


In article 9 (right of access to aerodromes and other places), in paragraph (1)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (g)—
(i) for “where” substitute “used by”;
(ii) omit “carries on business”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (h)—
(i) for “premises” substitute “place”;
(ii) omit “and”;
(c) in sub-paragraph (i) for “premises” substitute “place”;
(d) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—
“(j) to any place for the purposes of exercising enforcement powers set out in article 123(1).”.
