# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2004, Article 11: Requirement for emissions certification by aircraft registered elsewhere than in the Territory


An aircraft registered elsewhere than in the Territory for which Volume II of Annex 16 specifies applicable standards shall not fly in the Territory unless it individually, or is of a type which, has been certified by or on behalf of the State of registry as complying with those standards.
