Article 13 Exceptions to requirement to be certified

The requirement to be certified in accordance with this Part of this Order shall not apply to—

(1)

an aircraft flying in accordance with the “A Conditions” or the “B Conditions” set forth in Part A of Schedule 3 to the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001; or

(2)

an aircraft landing or taking off at a prescribed place.
