# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2004, Article 14: Exemptions in respect of Part III of this Order


The Governor may exempt from any of the provisions of this Part of this Order any aircraft or engine or persons or classes of aircraft or engine or persons, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
