  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 16th December 2004\nLaid before Parliament 10th January 2005\nComing into force 31st January 2005\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 16th day of December 2004\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by Section 8(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 as extended to certain territories by the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969 and section 108(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
