# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2024, Article 10: Information to be included in flight manual


A noise regulated aircraft registered in the Territory must not fly unless the flight manual in respect of that aircraft includes the information required by Part 2 of Volume 1 of Annex 16 to be included in the manual.
