Article 11 Exemptions in respect of Part 2

(1)

The Governor may, subject to payment of any prescribed fee, exempt any noise regulated aircraft or class of noise regulated aircraft from any of the requirements in articles 4 and 8(1).

(2)

An exemption under this article must be issued in writing in a form specified by the Governor and may be subject to such conditions as the Governor thinks fit.
