# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2024, Article 13: Emissions certification for aircraft registered in the Territory


An emissions regulated aircraft registered in the Territory must not fly unless it has been certified as complying with the applicable emissions standards by the Governor in accordance with article 16.
