Article 17 Exemptions in respect of Part 3
(1)
The Governor may, subject to payment of any prescribed fee, exempt any emissions regulated aircraft or class of emissions regulated aircraft from the requirements of article 13.
(2)
An exemption issued under this article must be issued in writing in a form specified by the Governor and may be subject to such conditions as the Governor thinks fit.
