# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2024, Article 22: Obstruction of persons


(1) A person must not intentionally obstruct or impede any person acting in the exercise of powers or the performance of duties under this Order.
(2) Any contravention of paragraph (1) is an offence.
