# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Environmental Standards) Order 2024, Article 9: Production of noise certificate


Within a reasonable time of being requested to do so by the Governor or an authorised person, the pilot-in-command or the operator of an aircraft must cause to be produced to the Governor or the authorised person any noise certificate in respect of that aircraft.
