Article 101 Small aircraft

The provisions of this Order, other than articles 48, 70, 99(1), and 99(8), shall not apply to or in relation to—

(a)

any balloon which at any stage of its flight is not more than 2 metres in any linear dimension including any basket or other equipment attached to the balloon;

(b)

any kite weighing not more than 2 kg.;

(c)

any other aircraft weighing not more than 5 kg. without its fuel;

(d)

any parachute including a parascending parachute.
