# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 1989, Article 78: Noise and vibration caused by aircraft on aerodromes


The conditions under which noise and vibration may be caused by aircraft (including military aircraft) on Government aerodromes, licensed aerodromes or on aerodromes at which the manufacture, repair or maintenance of aircraft is carried out by persons carrying on business as manufacturers or repairers of aircraft shall be as specified in Regulation 12 in Schedule 14 to this Order and section 41(2) of the Act as set out in Schedule 2 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1968 shall apply to any such aerodrome.
