# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 1989, Paragraph 2: Application of Rules to aircraft


These Rules, in so far as they are applicable in relation to aircraft, shall, subject to the provisions of Rule 29 of these Rules, apply in relation to—
(a) all aircraft within the Territory; and
(b) all aircraft registered in the Territory, wherever they may be.
