# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001, Article 134: Approval for persons to furnish reports


In relation to any of his functions pursuant to any of the provisions of this Order the Governor may, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, approve a person as qualified to furnish reports to him and may accept such reports.
