# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001, Paragraph 7: Period of validity of certificate of experience


A certificate of experience in respect of a Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons.) shall not be valid for more than 13 months after it was signed and in respect of any other licence shall not be valid for more than six months after it was signed for Case D nor for more than 13 months after it was signed for any other case.
