# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007, Article 108: Use of aerodromes by aircraft of Contracting States


The person in charge of any aerodrome in the Territory which is open to public use by aircraft registered in the Territory shall cause the aerodrome, and all air navigation facilities provided thereat, to be available for use by aircraft registered in the United Kingdom or in other Contracting States on the same terms and conditions as for use by aircraft registered in the Territory.
