# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007, Article 109: Noise and vibration caused by aircraft on aerodromes


(1) The Governor may specify the conditions under which noise and vibration may be caused by aircraft (including military aircraft) on Government aerodromes, certificated aerodromes or on licensed aerodromes in accordance with regulation 4 in Schedule 9 to this Order.
(2) Section 41(2) of the Act as set out in Schedule 2 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969 applies to any such aerodrome.
