# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007, Article 118: Production of aeronautical telecommunications service documents and records


The holder of an approval under article 101 shall within a reasonable time after being requested to do so by an authorised person, cause to be produced to that person any documents and records relating to any aeronautical telecommunications service used or intended to be used in connection with the provision of a service to an aircraft.
