  "heading": "Approval of maintenance organisations",
  "text": "(1) No person intending to engage in—\n(a) any stage of the maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components or aircraft materials; or\n(b) the manufacture of parts for the purpose of maintenance; or\n(c) training activities associated therewith;\nshall do so without first obtaining from the Governor a certificate of approval in respect of any of those activities.\n(2) The Governor shall issue an approval to an organisation that complies with his requirements.\n(3) A certificate of approval shall be in such form, be subject to such conditions and limitations and contain such particulars as may be determined by the Governor.",
