  "text": "The provisions of this Order other than articles 38(1), 39, 40, 78, 126, 141(1)(b), 156(1), (4) and (7) do not apply to or in relation to—\n(a) any small balloon;\n(b) any kite weighing not more than 2 kg;\n(c) any small aircraft; or\n(d) any parachute, including a parascending parachute.",
