# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2007, Article 150: Exceptions for certain classes of aircraft


The provisions of this Order other than articles 38(1), 39, 40, 78, 126, 141(1)(b), 156(1), (4) and (7) do not apply to or in relation to—
(a) any small balloon;
(b) any kite weighing not more than 2 kg;
(c) any small aircraft; or
(d) any parachute, including a parascending parachute.
