Article 44 Wearing of survival suits by crew

Each member of the crew of an aircraft registered in the Territory shall wear a survival suit if such a suit is required by article 15 to be carried.

This article does not apply to any member of the crew of an aircraft flying under and in accordance with the terms of a police air operator’s certificate.
