# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013, Article 165B: Psychoactive substances


A person must not carry out an aviation security function whilst under the influence of any psychoactive substance, or any medication, which renders that person unable to safely perform the aviation security function or makes that person a risk to the safety of another person.
