  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Prisons) Regulations 2001 by adding Maghaberry to the list of prisons over which flying is restricted. This restriction was formerly contained in the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Security Establishments in Northern Ireland) Regulations 1996 which are revoked by a separate instrument.",
