# The Air Navigation (Second Amendment) Order 1987, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Second Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into operation for the purpose of article 2(36), (37), (38), (39), (40), (41), (42), (43), (44), (45) and (46) on 1st June 1988, for the purpose of article 2(13) and (30) on 1st July 1989, and for all other purposes on 1st January 1988.
