  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 26th November 1987\nLaid before Parliament 11th December 1987\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 26th day of November 1987\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
