Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Second Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force for the purposes of article 2(4), (14), (15), (17), (18), (19), (20), (22), (25), (26), (31), (32), (35), (36), (37), and (39) to (55) (inclusive) on 14th November 1991 and for all other purposes on 1st October 1991.
