  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 12th February 1997\nLaid before Parliament 24th February 1997\nComing into force 27th March 1997\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of February 1997\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
