# The Air Navigation (Single European Sky) (Penalties) (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Single European Sky) (Penalties) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into force on 10th January 2019.
