  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 17th February 1988\nLaid before Parliament 25th February 1988\nComing into force 21st March 1988\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 17th day of February 1988\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)) and 102 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
