Laid before Parliament 17th December 2002
Coming into force 10th January 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by subsection (2) of section 2 of the European Communities Act 1972, being a Minister designated for the purpose of that subsection in relation to the control of air pollution, hereby makes the following Regulations:
