  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Quality Limit Values Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 19th July 2001.\n(2) With the exception of regulation 10 which shall apply to the whole of the United Kingdom, these Regulations shall apply to England only.",
