Coming into force 31st December 1995
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, and the Secretary of State for Scotland as respects Scotland, being designated Ministers for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the control of air pollution, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 2(2) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations—
